Hello, I'm stuck in one sticky situation at work:nono:. I had an unpleasant customer ther other night and I admit I didn't deal with him as well as I could of. I received his inquiry towards the end of my shift and I was tired and not in the mood for an unpleasant call. Well since i didnt handle it well. My supervisor sent me an email saying he wasn't too happy about it.
I had a gut feeling the talk I would have with my supervisor would be not a pleasant one...so I kept thinking:" Stop focusing on what you dont want, focus on the positive aspects of the job and more positivity will come."
The supervisor spoke to me and he also told me that this call made it all the way to the Director. Usually i would have gotten either suspended or terminated. But i got only a warning.
My question is , how can I turn this situation around? I mean how can i make sure that I maintain the Stellar review that i had previous this incident. I was hoping to get a reference from my supervisor...I'm applying for B-school for an MBA.
Any advice? any LOA tips ? Please help.
