After reading the introduction chapter in the "Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days" book about the Master Cleanse (Lemonade diet), I seriously want to do a cleansing.

I can never stick with anything! So I want to try the Poor Man's Cleanse. It seems like something I can actually complete, but I need to find a meal replacement shake that WITHOUT artificial sweeteners.

I looked at all the Slimfast ones (per the system's guidelines) but they all have aspartame, etc. I don't consume those at all so I need another option.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. :)

Thanks ladies! I really appreciate it.

It looks like the Secure shakes, well the chocolate one at least, does have sucralose. :(

I saw it on the label link they have on the site: http://www.securemeal.com/secure/Images/PDF/Ref-300568.pdf

I am going to go check out the Isagenix.

It looks like Naturade Meal Replacement shakes have no aspartame, no sucrose, no artificial sweeteners or flavors, no preservatives, no msg, lactose free, yeast free, no egg, dairy or animal derivatives, suitable for vegetarians.

Now, I wonder how good they taste. :perplexed

I found one at the health food store today! I wanted to post it in case anyone else is ever looking for any.

I am not sure I would have purchased it if it were not on sale for 50% off there - it was regular $39.99 for the tub. The tub is also much bigger than I will ever need. But it has NO ARTIFICIAL SUGAR! It does have Xylitol, though. I try to stay away from sugar alcohols, also. But, I think I can handle it temporarily.

Not a shake, but they give a coupon for a free bar:

Jay Robb, Uri International (I'm a rep for them so you can PM me for a website), Isagenix, Shaklee, Arbonne (pretty much all the MLM's). Also Vitacost (www.vitacost.com (http://www.vitacost.com)) NSI brand uses no artifcial sweeteners and the reviews look good for it (this may be my next pruchase).

Wanted to update you, I went ahead and bought the NSI brand protein. It has some good reviews! I was really tempted to get their "Iso Whey" product because it has 50grams of protein per serving! I decided against it for now because that version DOES use Splenda but I may revisit it later. Here's what I bought: http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Natural-Whey-Protein-Complex-with-Xylitol-Stevia-Aminogen

That one has way less sugar alcohols than the one I got.

I realize now that the one I got is not enough for the entire cleansing and I am going to have purchase something else.

Oh kbragg - CONGRATS on your weight loss. That is amazing!
