If you are buring the same amount of calories that you eat what happens with your weight? Does it stay the same or will you lose weight faster?

I am trying out the K/E and I wanted to get some insight on it.

Thank you Queen, but the post did not address my question. The good news is that I have fond the answer.

After looking and researching, I have found that we usually consume around 2000 calories a day. If you each much less than that (say 600) you will burn the calories just by doing your normal daily activities (if you are an active person) and eatting less carbs will help even more. :grin:

i wouldnt say that we usually consume 2000 calories a day as a rule. Nutritional labels are based on a 2,000 cal a day diet. That being said, the amount of calories that ones body needs has to do with weight as well as level of activity. someone who weighs 120lbs. and leads a sedentary lifestyle will need to maintain less caloric intake than someone who weighs the same but leads an active lifestyle. For example, someone who weighs 300lbs and needs a calorie intake of 3500 cals a day to maintain their weight might start to lose weight just by eating 3,000 cals a day whereas somene who weighs 150lbs will gain weight eating 3,000 cals a day. It all has to do with how many calories you need a day to keep your body running, and anything you burn over that or dont consume in the first place is what translates to weightloss (theoretically since we all know its not all about calories in, calories out with weight loss)
