Bleach spots on clothing

Hey Ladies. Hopefully someone can help me before I have to throw out my favorite skirt. I somehow got bleach on it and there are 3-4 bleach spots on it. Is there anyway that I can take it to someone to have it re-dyed even if it isn't the same color? It is my absolute favorite skirt! Thanks. Oh, the skirt is cotton and is an orangish color.

maybe you could try a fabric marker if you can find a close shade and if the spots are small....I tried that with some pants I got bleach on......It worked pretty well...
