Class Reunion, What to wear?

Im going to my 10 year reunion in about a month, and I have no clue what to wear.

The dress code on the invitaion stated business casual to dress up. What does that mean:ohwell: .

The events will start at 7:00 in the evening. Anybody got ideas for me? Im getting desperate:( .

How about a classic black or navy dress with spaghetti straps? Whatever you choose, try to pick something that you won't look back on 10 or 15 years from now and cringe. I'd channel Audrey Hepburn. Most of the dresses she wore can be worn now with very little alteration. That would be the look I'd go for. HTH :)

I don't know if you live near a Marshalls or TJ Maxx but they had a lot of summer dresses for $39.99 some designer stuff, also sandals starting at $15......steve madden and some Nine West sandals for $39.99...

also Forever21...they are not the best quality but their cotton dresses are sooo cute....their sizes run funny a bit small....you can't beat their prices though....Their return policy online ..items have to be mailed back within 30 days for a refund...
