I have recently lost 90 pounds. I seem to be at a total stand still. I ahve about 25- 30 more pounds to go before I am at my personal goal weight.

I was wondering have any you had success with a particular pill?

I was reading about NanoSlim, but can't seem to find any testimonies on it
and I was looking at Zylorin

I work out daily 30 -60 mins on my tread mill
I eat a high protein low carb diet
I swim about 1-2 hours every other day.

so it really sucks that I am stuck
anyway if you have some idea I would appreciate the help
thanks

You might not be eating enough to fuel your workouts. If your body doesn't get enough calories it will hold on to what few calories it does get and you won't lose weight. Before you try pills, try adding 200-300 additional healthy calories into your daily meal plans. Also, incorporating strength training into your exercise routine will help build lean muscle tissue which will also increase your metabolism. The more calories you burn throughout the day, the more weight you will lose. Plus, since muscle takes up less space than fat, strength training will make you leaner. HTH.

I have been using a homeopathic natural appetite suppressant that really works. But, it seems like you don't really need something like that right?

I am always afraid of stimulants, but after lowering my calories recently, I find that I get a little hungry at times and want to raid the snacks.

This is what i have been taking and it work great. I even posted a review on Amazon.
