How effective is this as a workout? Are you just jumping up and down or is there a special routine?

I'm looking to add another small piece of equipment to my house for cardio. Already have an elliptical and jump rope and looking for something else to get a good cardio workout.

I love mine. It is a nice supplement for me because I can break it out when I am kinda tired or low on energy.

Girl, I dance on that bad boy! It's fun.

There are trampoline DVDs out there, too. I have never used them, but I have seen them.

I have one and really like it. I have the cellerciser www.Cellerciser.com

It cost more then the cheaper ones but it doesn't hurt my back. He also has a good video tape that shows you various moves you can do on it.

I like that one! But that is so expensive!! :nono:

I got mine from Amazon for about $60 and it works just fine. I don't use it enough to have paid much more than that.

I had some ummm.........booty bumps....ok,ok- cellulite:p !!

There I said it!!!

Anyways- the mini trampoline is the only thing that got rid of them. I jumped on the thang for 10 minutes a day and in 1 month, I was free of da booty bumps (cellulite).

Mine is just a cheap one from KMART, 19.99. all day long.
