I'm just curious if you guys have seen/felt any tangible benefits to drinking more water? Water and I don't get along too well, we have beef
I'm trying to force myself to drink more because everyone says it's good for me, but what do you guys actually see as the benefits or is it just something internal we know is beneficial?
Thank you water drinkers.

I have noticed that when I drink more water my skin is clearer and my mind seems to be clearer too.
But, I stopped drinking so much water during my cycle. It makes my flow very heavy if i drink the 8- 16oz bottles that I drink everyday.

I carry less water weight when I drink 64 oz of water or more. This helps minimizes bloating in my midsection. Also, my skin is much clearer as well. I also find that drinking a lot of water curbs hunger and cravings so I don't overeat.
My skin is clearer which tells me that my body is functioning properly. My hair grows faster and it seems stronger. My scalp is less prone to flaking up. My nails grow faster and my eyes seem less dry.
I drink 64oz a day and it benefits my entire body. I'm sure of it (and so is my hair).

I drink at least 70 oz a day and I've noticed that my skin is flawless, has a nice glow, and no blimishes or blackheads. I recently saw a friend that I hadn't seen in a long while at one of my local BSS's (yeah, I know). She was raving about my skin and how beautiful it is. I also notice that my hair is different. It's stronger and shinier as well...

The biggest benefit is that my skin is clearer. It really makes a difference when it comes to that. Also, water is generally the only thing I drink, so I miss out on the sugar that comes in soda and other beverages. It helps me maintain my weight.

Well you ladies better come here with lots of benefits. I have been drinking 2 liters of water a day thanks to crystal light. I can't say anything about the benefits yet but gosh i go too much often to the bathroom...

Ive seen BIG benefits in my skin. I get asked about my skincare regimen all the time.
I read that sometimes your body can confuse 'hungry' with 'thirsty' so youll eat something to curb that feeling, when really you need to DRINK something. So Ive found that water has helped w/ weight loss in that sense.
Helps w/ bladder infections and bladder/kidney health in general.
And it just makes me feel better honestly. :)

I have noticed my skin is very clear lately. I cut out soda about 3 months ago and my skin looks soo much better, I drink 10-12 glaases of water a day.

I've been drinking three 24-oz. bottles of water a day. I did that for about 2 years, stopped for a few years and started drinking a lot of soda and orange juice, :ohwell: and in the last couple of years I've been drinking a lot of water.
I buy purified water or I drink filtered water from the cooler at work.
Nothing has changed from before, when I drank 0-16 oz. of water a day. I still have acne, I'm still hungry a lot, I still don't concentrate well, and my weight loss isn't going any faster.
I still think it's important to drink a lot of water, though. I know there are benefits that I can't see or feel.

Better skin, regular bowel movements and less food cravings; when I crave a "bad" snack I drink water instead-crystal lite or orange juice added, usually what I think is hunger is actually thirst. I use a PUR brand water filter attached to my faucet...reserving my loads of store bought, stored in the basement bottled water for possible emergency usage.
