Hey guys,

I am taking 800 mcg of Chromium Picolinate per day as a dietary supplement. It is supposed to regulate glucose absorption. I read some positive things about it but wanted to know if anyone else takes this?

I also picked up a one-a-day multivitamin from Whole Foods but I'm not sure if I should take this with the other supplement.

Any advice?

I take this as well BUT I have not been taking it consistently to tell if it works.

Im not sure about the results, but I know that its ok to take it with a multi.

I was taking it for a min but stopped, mainly becuz I forgot. I was taking it w/ a daily mulitiple vit tho. :) I may start back...

i remember some years ago people were taking it to lose weight. they could have been using it in combination with something but that was "the thing" in the 90's for a minute there.:grin:
