Hi,

I want to start exercising but I can't seem to just jump in with the fitness challenge threads that are currently under way. Those ladies are doing great! They've truly inspired me to get movin'.

I BELIEVE in the SI6 program. I did it in 2004 & 2005. I had fantastic results. Never in my life had I been in such a great shape. Alas, I've slipped off of the workout wagon for some time now. :( It's time to get out of this rut and get my body back! ;) It's been over a year since I've done these workouts so I know Debbie is going to kick my bootay!

I will incorprate WW with my workout program. I get amazing results combining the two. I never feel deprived and I know I'm eating enough to lose weight. My target points for the day are 24. Once I get to Ramp it Up and Burn it Up, I'll probably will eat 30 points or so daily.

I'm going to be doing a round of Slim in 6 starting Monday, June 18th. I hope you'll join me. :D

This will be my workout regimen for the next six weeks:

Week 1: Start it Up (2 days) Ramp it Up (4 days)
Week 2: Ramp it Up (6 days)
Week 3: Ramp it Up (6 days)
Week 4: Burn it Up (6 days)
Week 5: Burn it Up (6 days)
Week 6: Burn it Up (6 days)

I'm starting this thread so that others will join me and also to have some accountability. I will check in everyday to note whether my workout was done or not.

Remember to push play everyday! :)

Darn I am doing too many challenges right now but I am getting bored and I never finished SI6 so I am in. Q

I will join. I love ww and my target point is 24. I aslo have slim in 6 dvds and I like them so far.

So I will start Monday.
Wee1 - Monday 18 - Monday 25 (start Up DVD)
I will also toss in 1 hour of cardio everyday.

Let's share WW eating tips daily if you want.

Yes, I know SI6 can be boring but I have to remember the results I got from it and focus on that. I'll put on other music to make it a little more tolerable. :lol:

Girl it sure is but I will be bumping something else in the background. It fits right in actually because I am already doing the WATP so I thing I will follow one of the plans they have listed in the booklet to increase my results. Alright you started this now keep us accountable and don't slip up. We can do this!!! Q

I was just looking at all my videos, thinking that I really need to get on the ball...so I was trying to decide which to do. You answered it for me! The first thing I see when I come on the board is this post...and you're starting today. Start it up it is! I'm also using spark people, and I'm going to add more protein to my diet since I don't get a lot of it(vegetarian..aside from seafood, though I don't eat much of it...)

I did the first workout today. Those lunges kick my tail! I wasn't able to finish all of the forward lunges, I did get through all of the backward lunges though (Because they came first.....)

So far I'm at 710 Calories and 26 Protein..

I'm down, Tuesdays must be my start day because the day off would be Monday, (and my monday's are 16 hours long!).

I am about to do SIU right now!!!! *flexes*

I did my first RIU workout last night and my butt was burning. I have not done well with the eating due to a lot of running around. I haven't eaten a lot of junk or anything, I just need to make sure I eat throughout the day. Man Debbie is boring as heck!!! I play music in the background or I will fall asleep. I plan on finishing it this time though. I will post anther update next week. Keep up the good work ladies. Q
