I have these tiny bumps on my nose that have been there since forever. People say they they're not noticeable, but I know they're there and I hate it /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif I believe someone on the old board said they are sebum blocked pores, or something like that??? Anywho, does anyone know how to get rid of them permanently???

If they are clogged pores, try something called DDF Sulfur Mask. You can get it at Sephora or Nordstrom. It's around $25 but it's great at clearing up pores.

Before applying any masks you should steam the face for about 15 minutes this opens the pores and makes the mask work more effectively. I also use the Biore strips on my nose they work wonders at clearing out any blocked pores.

Fashionista,

I will try your idea about steaming the face before applying a mask. However, I tried the Biore strips and they did nothing for my nose. I guess it's because whatever is clogging up my pores is soft and not hard /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I have bumps on my nose too. I used lactic acid mixed with water and that makes them go away..

Ok, where did you get lactic acid from??? I used to use this:

Alpha Hydrox (http://www.touchofscent.com/cgi-bin/hydroxcat/ord/extra_deep.html)

and it helped to make the bumps smaller, but I'm looking for something that will get rid of them for good. I know that product is for the feet /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif , but it has a higher concentration of AHAs than the facial products.

The best way to get rid of the bumps is to get a professional facail. They are experts in removing them. They are clogged pores (I have them too!) and I just got a facial and my nose feels like a baby's. I have never been able to really get rid of them on my own.
