Master Cleanser and hair health

Today I started the Master Cleanser. DOes anyone know how this effects your hair? Meanng Dryness, brittleness, breakage etc...

Also how does it effect that tiem of month? Does it make things worse or the same. Esp the Flow. TIA

I did the Master Cleanse twice. I didn't notice any adverse effects to my hair, in fact I think my hair grew a bit more than usual during the cleanse.

Also I am using Molasses instead of the syrup. i read you could use organic molasses. Not only was it 5 bucks cheaper. The sugar content is 11 grams instead of 56 grams. Plus it still has all the vit and min.

I have done it twice. I really did not notice anything difference with my hair but I have heard by some they got dry, or breakage. I guess it all depends. My nails broke like crazy.

TOTM...much easier but unexpectant. :confused:
