Dessert Essence face wash

Is anyone still using this product? I decided to use all natural products on my face for now on and bought it last week. How is this cleanser working for everyone?

I use it when i have on heavy makeup or i just feel the need to clarify my face. On my 2nd bottle. I also use it to wash my make up brushes.

Same here, I use the wash several times a week since its been hot and humid here.

It seems as if for most this item is a staple, but it's not for everyday use. I just began using it and it's Ok but I will stick to clean and clear cleanser for daily use.

I use the face wash in the morning and evening along with the facial cleansing pads and moisturizer maybe 4 times a week. On the remaining days I might use my Dermalogica cleanser in the morning and use Desert Essence in the evening to deep clean and remove make up. Anyway, it doesn't dry my skin out now but it did in the winter.

I use 1-3 times a day. I love it!!:) I don't have to use benzoyl peroxide for pimples anymore because this stuff clears up acne on its own! I'm going to try some of the other Dessert Essence products in the future.

is Desert Essence too strong for daily use?

No, it isn't. There are three different versions though for those with sensitive skin or drier skin. I like the original version because I tend to be on the oilier side, but the sea kelp and sunflower versions are both gentle and tend to be more moisturizing while still removing the oil and buildup from the skin. I highly recommend trying all 3 to decide which is best for you. If you find that the original is too "strong" for daily use, you should probably be using a different version. The cleanser is designed to be used daily.

Me too, I have oily skin and it loves this stuff...my skin has never looked better....even my dad noticed!!! LOL That's sayings something!!:blush::lachen:
