Thick ragged cuticles

I have had this problem all my life. Well, Lucky, addresses it in this issue. A manicurist to the stars states that nightly application of an ointment called A and D will greatly improve the problem. I hope this helps someone.

FYI, A and D is used to prevent chafing; it is in the baby stuff isle. I chose a product for the same purpose but with more Zinc Oxide. We shall see.
