Anyone have a fix for this? I can't stand that my underarms are darker than my regular skin. Maybe bleaching cream will work??:look:

lemon juice and sugar, lemon juice and baking soda, or you can just rub a lemon under your arm. I've heard that rubbing a tomato under your arm lightens even better than lemon juice....I know sounds crazy but, can't hurt to try.

lemons have worked for me. also, I started getting my underarms waxed instead of shaving them. Shaving left a lot of dark hairs which gave a dirty look. Waxing and lemons have helped my underarms lighten.

Also to prevent razor burn in the first place, exfoliate your pits first. Shave with a sharp razor. I think a lot of ladies use the same razor for far too long, if it say s 5 uses, it means 5 uses.

Don't put on deodorant immediately after shaving either, it's an irritant. If you can shave in the evening and go to bed without deodorant and apply it in the morning, that will help. AND use a deodorant for sensitive skin.

oooh, I do that because I usually shave in the morning in the shower. But I will switch to shaving at night. thanks.:)

Great advice ladies! And just think, I bought a few lemons for the ceviche I'll be making tonight or tomorrow. Maybe I'll rub them on my pits first then use the rest in the food.

Totally kidding :lachen:
