Incredibly thin skin??

I just recently started noticing scars of what looks to be old cuts on some parts of my body, mostly my back. It's not just one or two, but different areas of my body are litterally covered with these. I think my skin is very sensitive. I even get scars from pimples that last for months, and uneven skin tone. Thinking back, I remember seeing a cut here or there on my skin and everytime I wonder "How did that happen," so now I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this? It's so wierd I wonder if a dermatologist is all I need for this, or if I probably need to see a doctor.

If you've had scars, what takes these away? I've tried so many things, including shea butter and coco butter. My skin has been at its best ever since I started religiously washing my face with 2 different cleansers and toning/moisturizing every morning.
Natural or man-made products please!
