View Full Version : How long did it take you to see results?

I was wondering if you have a healthy eating habit( i.e. eat moderately) and you run and do strength training, how long before you notice any toning in your body where you see more firmness.?

Does it depend on body type?

My current plan is cardio with strength training(3x a week) .

I'd guess about a month. When I put both diet & exercise together, it took about 3-4 weeks before I really started seeing muscles in my abs and arms. The rest followed.

Thanks Divine, for the response. I just needed some sort of time frame to judge whether I am on the right path.

Ideally you wanna give it six weeks but you will probably start seeing some results in about 4 depending on how hard you work out.
Your muscles have memory so if you have worked out before its easier to get back into shape.
