SweetNic, I'm a licensed esthetician... let me see if I can help you out.
So far, you say you've got combination skin and that you are breaking out during your period. Sounds to me like that is hormone-related. Any specific areas that you experience these breakout? Is it only in your chin/jawline area?
What is your skincare routine as far as products used to cleanse, tone, moisturize, etc? We'll see if we can't figure out what is causing the clogged pores and how best we can keep them unclogged. Would you say that your skin is sensitive? Alright, we'll see....

Thanks AJ,
I get occasional blemishes when I'm not on my period. They are usually small red bumps that go away quickly.
I have also noticed that my pores seem very clogged. You can't really notice if you look at me from a frontal perspective but if you look at my facial profile or at any angle, the clogged pores are very evident. Sometimes they are black heads but they are clear or white most often than ever. They are on my cheeks, my jaw, sometimes on the sides of my face. They are pretty much every where. Most of them are in places where I've never had problems with in the past.
I get larger clogged pores along my jaw line. These are large and sensitive to the touch. These hold hard sebum which sometimes have a black tip (black head) or are sometimes white and/or clear.
I am also getting black heads and white heads on my forehead.
I really don't know what to do. I used to have problems with the big red pimples. Now they are in the minority and the smaller black heads/white heards becoming a BIG problem. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/fat.gif
The reoccurences prevent my skin from healing 100%. Each time a pimple clears up, it leaves a dark spot as a sick reminder.
