Can you take Vitamins on the Master Cleanse?

Hey guys. I just started the Master Cleanse today. So far, it's been ok. I'm a liitle hungry but not that bad.

I've only used the bathroom once today though. I will drink some Smooth tea tonight.

Anyhoo, can someone tell me if I can still take vitamins while I'm doing this? Thanks :)

I believe so, because some recommend that CKLS should be taken as you do the Master Cleanse...and CKLS is a capsule of natural herbs that detox the body.

Our body needs vitamins and minerals, so I would take them.

Some vitamins are ok, but some vitamins can make you nauseated taken without solid food, so if that happens stop.
