Ok ladies! I just spoke with my friend who is loaning me her Slim in 6 DVD's, and they should arrive Monday evening, so I am set to start next Tuesday!

Here's the Work Out Schedule:

Week 1 (April 3rd-9th) Start it Up until comfortable, once comfortable move on to Ramp It Up. Go at your own pace. Sunday Rest Day.

Week 2 (April 10th-April 16th) Ramp It Up Sunday Rest Day

Weeks 3,4,5, and 6) Burn it Up! Rest on Sunday. May continue Ramp It Up if not ready to move on to Burn It Up.

Please post the following by Monday:

Current Height
Current Weight
Bust measurement
Each arm measurement
Waist measurement (Skinniest part)
Gut measurement (Chunkiest part:lol:)
Hip measurement (including buttocks)
Each thigh measurement
Each calf measurement
Type of eating plan you'll be using. I will post Michi's ladder for those of you not already on a plan.

We will check in at least weekly (Tuesdays) with number of workouts completed, What workout we're on, How our diet is going, Number one acheivement for the week.

So let's do it ladies! Boring or not boring, it's only 6 weeks. You can do anything for six weeks right? And the payoff is so worth it! I did Slim in 6 3 years ago and lost 18 pounds, 3 inches off my waist, and went from a size 18 to a size 10 (THEN I quit smoking and gained a butt load of weight:mad:) but the point is, this WORKS! Let's give it our all ladies! We can do this together!

Another motivational tool to help you is WOWY. You can check it out here: www.milliondollarbody.com/fvmom (http://www.milliondollarbody.com/fvmom) Basically you log in and log your workouts. We can meet in the virtual gym. I log on every morning at 6:30am Central. Just click on Million Dollar Body Gam to play. You also get a chance to win cash and prizes daily just for working out. So join me there, it'll be a blast!:D

This is gonna be great!

ETA: SUNDAY is going to be the rest day, NOT Saturday. My bad (well you cna pick whatever rest day you want :))

I did this workout in the past and I guarantee you...it works!! When you start losing it's ridiculous! You must stick with it and do it consistently to reap the maximum benefits. Personally though, I did burn it up for the last 2 weeks because that tape is difficult!!!!!! I had my best results with ramp it up. I wish all of you luck.

BTW, this workout is boring so my suggestions are that you bump some tunes in the background to liven it up. You will curse Debbie while working out (they call her squat natzi) but totally fall in love with her when you start shedding pounds!

Good luck!
