I may be joining you all in this challenge. I forgot that I've had the Slim in 6 for about 6 months now. I just recently bought Taebo Bootcamp Elite which is a great workout. However, I'm starting to realize that although I love Turbo Jam and Taebo, that I'm sort of getting tired of all the jumping around all of the time. Maybe I can still incorporate one of those tapes into the Slim in 6 challenge. I remember doing the Start It Up once or twice and even though it was low key, I remember feeling it really working.

So, I may have join in with you all either today or tomorrow. I need to find the books, because I don't remember how many days you're supposed to do which dvd.

Here's the Work Out Schedule that kb posted:

Week 1 (April 3rd-9th) Start it Up until comfortable, once comfortable move on to Ramp It Up. Go at your own pace. Sunday Rest Day.

Week 2 (April 10th-April 16th) Ramp It Up Sunday Rest Day

Weeks 3,4,5, and 6) Burn it Up! Rest on Sunday. May continue Ramp It Up if not ready to move on to Burn It Up.


Girl, I had these dvd's for about 3 years and I lost the book also. You can also go on www.beachbody.com (http://www.beachbody.com) and find the work out schedules.

Hey Ya'll! Slim in 6 is really working me out! I posted updated progress pics in my album (password "thinagain") for those of you who doubt the power of a beach body workout! Keep in mind my 90 day pics are after 5 days of Slim in 6! I did'nt have much change from day 60 to day 90 before start Slim in 6! I hope my pics inspire you all!

I feel bad I did not keep up with my workout schedule this weekend :ohwell:. But today is a new day and I will continue with Start It Up for 2 more days then move on to Ramp It Up. I will be adding 2 more days to the end of the Slim In Six series to make up for this weekend, so my series will end May 17th now. I am still excited and ready to see changes in my body. I will up date tonight after I complete my workout.

Day Five: Rest

Day Six: I learned this morning tat Debbie gets really, really, mean if you eat a bunc of horrible Easter candy!: I though I was gonna die, yet here I am alive! I made it and burned a ton of calories! I joined the Million Dollar Body Club this morning and am going tto enter the tranformation contest so wish me luck, prayers, karma, or whatever!

Girl, that is amazing results for real. I'm going to do this and stick with it. I intially started Saturday but today is going to be my Day 1 and I'm going to do Start it up for a week;) Looking good kb:)

Today was my first day of "Start it Up". I must say that my thighs are hurting. It's a great workout and the time went by rather quickly.

Okay as I stated earlier, I did Day 1 (SIU) Saturday and I got through the whole workout....I am more motivated than ever now...so today I did SIU and finished the whole workout and I had a little more energy so I popped in RIU and I made it through 16 minutes before I started really feeling the workout and I had to stop....So I am going to continue with RIU for the rest of this week....WHOO HOO!!!!!

Ok, I got home and forgot all about this challenge. :lol: Ended up doing Turbo Jam. I will start tomorrow.

Thank you for the encouragement! I saw your 90 day progress pics and they are so inspiring! Congratulations on your progress!
I took your advice and pressed play tonight. I am determined to do something positive for my body. I have one more day of Start It Up then on to Ramp It Up! :)

WO #3 complete. I got bold 2day and did RIU and finished it. I must say I get so depressed when I look at my thighs and the devil gets to talking about how they will never be. But I pressed on and now I must win the battle by showing the proving that I can have thinner thighs.

Please keep me in your prayers. For years I wanted to do something about my thigh but I failed in the past. I am determined to get what I want this time.
