How do you reach your back?

For the ladies who are experimenting with different creams to get rid of spots from back acne. How do you reach your back? I know there's the sponge on a stick for in the shower but how do you put stuff on your back like lotion or creams? Sorry if this is a stupid question

I've not tried this but I know a lady that uses a massager to put on lotion/creams. Here's something like hers.

There are also spoofs and loofahs on sticks as well.


You know what I really recommend for women with back acne. A back facial! These are given at most salons, it is basically a facial for the back. they message you, but will also cleanse, exfoliate, clear pores, and apply AHA solutions to lighten skin.
It's a nice treat!

I've actually seen something at Wal-mart in the Beauty isle that's specifically for applying lotions/creams/ointments to your back. I didn't pick it up or anything, but I glanced over it when I was looking for another item. It's like a hand-held paddle with some type of padding on it. I saw it in the isle that has the manicure/pedicure stuff. HTH.

Use the thing from Walmart (as someone said)...it's good. Or just buy a spray that's made to help get rid of bacne.
