Fat Smash Diet

Has anyone successfully completed this diet! How was it? How long were you on it? I bought the book off of amazon.com for $10 and recieved it yesterday.

I know about 10 people who did Fat Smash (including myself) and out of those 10, only 2 made it through the first phase, and only 1 made it through the first and second phase.

For me, the diet is too restrictive. After a few days I would get tired of having so few food choices and then I'd fall off the wagon. Now I'm on WW and its so much better for me, because no food is banned, I just have to make better choices in what i eat regularly.
