I've lost a lot of weight I guess. I haven't weighed in a while so I can't give a specific number.
Getting ready for classes today I realized that I look like a bum. All of my clothes are waaaaay too big. My pants were sagging, my shirts were loose, my jacket looked oversized. Even my belts are too big! It's great, but still! I'd like to look nice.
I don't want to buy any new clothes because when I lose more weight they'll just get too big as well.
When all this weight is off I can't wait to go shopping!
Any other ladies experiencing their clothes just falling off of them? If so, congrats!

First of all, CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCCESS!! I have refused to get on the scale as well, but I noticed today that I have less back fat:D . Seems silly, but I used to have two rows of fat now I have one... I consider that to be a achievement, and some of my clothes are noticeably looser... But I also know that I still have a looooong way to go! Good blessings on the rest of your weight loss (I dont believe in luck)!!

Maybe try going to a tailor? That might work for awhile, but depending on how much more weight you have to lose, you might have to buy new clothes every few dress sizes
Good for you though. I've noticed that my suit pants have a saggy seat, and it's gross. But luckily, I have shirts that hit the middle or bottom of my butt, so you can't see the fabric hang

After I lost a good amount in 2005, I went out and purchased new clothes because the old ones were just way too big. I had some of my favorite suits altered. I have a pair of gray slacks (which I really love) from back then. They are so big now, but I've been known to wear them with a safety pin on each side at the waist. . When I wear the gray slacks, I have to wear an outside top or sweater to hide the safety pins. I know at some point, I'll have to put them aside.

I am in this boat too! The tailor is a good idea! I have a pair of pants on now that are up to the bottom of my brastrap! LOL!
I went from a 20 to a 16 and I hope to get down to a 12.

good job on the weight loss! Ive lost a lot of weight before (that crept back on during the course of a bad relationship and during nursing school where I stopped exercising and went back to my old eating habits)....and what I did was when my clothes were ridiculously big I would pick up a pair of pants/jeans here and there on a clearance rack (anywhere from $5-12 bucks) to get me through while I continued to go down in size. Another thing I did that motivated me was when Id buy something new, Id buy it a little bit tight so it would fit for a long time, especially if it had stretch to it (jeans with stretch work great). It motivated me to keep going so they would be more comfy, plus they would fit for a couple more sizes since they stretched. I live in FL, so most of my tops are casual tanks, etc, so they will fit through most of my loss this time. This is the second time around for me, and hopefully the last time! I hope to never come back to big girl land again! lol;)
