Anyone done this and have u had success with it? The talk about the sauna led me to research bikram yoga (its 26 yoga poses done in a hot room like a sauna). Its supposed to produce weight loss, toning of muscles, and flexibilities. The heat actually makes it aerobic and burns tons of calories. I thought it might be a good alternative to weight training for us thick ladies who bulk up easily...could be a way to get a lean, toned look. I dont want to lift any weights until I get close to my goal, so I thought this could be a good way to help me tone as I slim down without weights. Im thinking of buying the book on this and doing it on my own in the sauna at my apartment complex. Classes are 12-15 bucks each so its too expensive for me to pay for them.

Id love to hear from anyone who has tried it...

I tried it today for the first time. I have never done any type of yoga before. I loved it. I took it because I'm trying to increase my flexibilty. The heat definately helps you loosen up, and boy do you sweat. I was dripping, but this is good because you are releasing toxins. The poses were not as difficult as I anticipated and I was able to do almost all of them. I would definately recommend it.
