Do you work out your chest and sholders? Ive been avoiding them because dont want to lose my breast or have big shoulders. Im just trying to tone up. Has anybody experienced the opposite?

No, If anything my breast that used to sag, no sit up and I have been scuplting nice shoulders. There is alot of info in the Oxygen magazine or go to www. oxygenmag.com.
Dont worry, you can still look toned and feminine. It will only enhance your look.:)

cool...becuase im getting serious with my regimine and I dont want to leave anything out.

i do chest and shoulders.
no mass yet, just slimmed down everywhere.
went down a cup size and now even my size 10 shoes are a lil big. i've probablly gone down to a 9 1/2.

I do work my chest and shoulders. My trainer told me not to worry b/c women aren't built to have big muscles like that and that the only way I'd get broad and overly muscular is if I take something like steroids.
