I'm thinking about cancelling Express, but I just love their jeans!

These are the ones i used to have but i cancelled:
Dillards
Macys
Express(they just were too expensive and i really didnt see anything in there that stood out and that made me want to buy it, not like when i first got the card back in 1998.)
The Limited(the suck i didnt use the card for a couple of months and they made cancelled my card so when i got ready to reapply for it i couldnt get it)

Yea, Express is very overrated to me. They were the only store that gave me a card when I didn't have credit, though :)

I avoid credit cards like the plague. The interest rates (especially for department stores) are ridiculous. Have an American Express (no interest rates) for business purposes and emergencies only.

I agree. Those store card interest rates are just ridiculously high. The cons outweigh the pros when it comes to those cards IMO. All those coupons and discounts don't mean much if they charge you 20% interest.

I cancelled 5 store cards, but I still have Lord & Taylor, Neiman Marcus, Macys, and Carsons. I never use store cards anymore, unless there's an additional discount (like Carson's extra 20% off weekends for cardholders). I pay my bills in full each month, so I have no idea what the interest rates are.

I used to have Lord & Taylor's but I cancelled it. THANK GOD! I don't want anymore and I do not recommend getting them

I have Macy's and NY&Co. I keep them to get the coupons in the mail, and the savings are worth it because I do not carry balances and so I avoid the interest payments.

I am straight with my Mastercard and Visas and even those I don't use often.

I would not mind a Sears card. It seems like it would be handy for things for the house.
