As usual, I ran out of my liquid toner in my little ProActiv kit. I have a huge bottle of Witch Hazel astringent and I have been using it in place of the liquid toner from ProActiv......my results are great and I would reccomend it to anyone! It's non-drying and makes my face feel sooooo good! Not to say that the toner I was using before was bad....it was great too, but WItch Hazel is a great alternative and I need ot use up that bottle anyway.

do you ladies use the witch hazel straight or do you dilute it first? I have a bottle here that has 86% witch hazel, and 14% alcohol in it. I've been using it straight, but i think it might be irritating my skin.

I like using lemon juice.. but that's after my Neutrogena toner. I think I'll switch to just witch hazel and lemon juice once that's done.

I love witch hazel it is the best. I tried cetaphil and I do not feel like my face is being washed it feels like a olive oil wash so I need a good face wash.

I use it straight out the bottle. I use other stuff, but I love witch Hazel!!! It's very gentle.
