With 2007 around the corner, what will you do to meet your fitness goals?

For myself I have been slacking lately, we had a few deaths in my family circle and a few births and hospitalizations in the month of October.

I plan to interval train @ least 6 days a week. Do fluidity @ least 3 times a week and weight train every other day including the days I don't cardio. To work those abs every other day in my weight routine.

I plan to do a cleasne ( I did Cololnblow a few weeks ago and now I feel more backedup then before - I know TMI but we're all family here @ LHCF) And watch my diet, limit sugar and fatty foods

I will be in the best shape of my life going in to my 30's. My teenage nieces ask me Nanny how did you get you tummy looking some much better so fast.

I'm hyped again.:D

I just joined the PIPO challenge. It's small, but it's a beginning. I want to lose 15 pounds by December 31

Hi Kei.

I'm sorry to hear about all of the deaths in your family. Having a big family is difficult because it seems someone is always dying - at least in my case. Our problems can really take its toll on our health.

Lately, I've been totally pigging out and not exercising, plus drinking too much. Normally, I am a healthy eater and an avid exerciser, but whenever I am dealing with an issue, I completely do the opposite.

I like the idea of counting down to 2007. I love having goals and deadlines - they motivate me.

I have about 10 pounds to lose. Most people would look at me and think I am a skinny girl who should just shut up, but I know what's going on underneath the clothes. Besides, I really want to get into the best shape of my life.

Starting today, I am going back to healthy eating, slowly incorporating more fruit into my diet. I can't exercise on Mondays because my Mondays start at 5 am and end at 11 pm.

So starting tomorrow morning, I plan to do at least 4 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training, and 2 days of Pilates or Fluidity. I'm embarrased to say that I bought the Fluidity bar a few months ago and have only used it once.

I also plan to get back on my vitamin and supplement bandwagon.

Good luck and please let's keep each other posted.

Kei thanks for the reminder. Over the weekend, I decided to start working out tomorrow to be fit by Jan. I will do Cardio in the morning then Pilates after work.

My goal is to work out 4 to 5 times a week.

Thanks sweety
both of the deaths could have been prevented
one because of the lack of a seat belt, the other morbid obesity

All said and done I need to get back in the GAME

I haven't joined a challenge, but I have made a lot of changes. I've cut out sugar (finally!) completely, and I'm eating more veggies and fruits probably than I have in my life, which has been hard, but I'm noticing things happening. I haven't started a formal excercise program, but I have been walking. Now that I have my eating and water down, I'm starting on the excercise. I won't reach my goal weight by january, but I will want to have lost at least 20 lbs. by then *fingers crossed*
