I am a big believer in making a series of small changes over time to make a cumulative impact. Its easier for me to be consistent with a little change than overhauling my eating, exercise, hair routine, etc. over night.

Anyway, I found these little 2 minute exercises on iVillage that I'll start using when "I don't feel like" doing something bigger and more significant. It really is better than nothing! 11 Two-minute workouts (http://diet.ivillage.com/workouts/0,,8xd44trh-1,00.html)

I agree. I started walking to my classes in the morning about 2-3 weeks ago and I feel fitter already.
