Can I get an update from the people who bought the fluidity barre? It looks very attractive (but I'm a sucker for exercise equipment!) but it's $200! I don't want to make an impulse purchase but I'm looking for a stretching type of workout (at home) to go with my cardio at the gym. Thanks!

I love mine
I say try Lotte Berk or the bar method from netflix for a week or so
if you feel like it's something you will do on the regular then it will be an investment

Yay, I just got LB from the library. I have it for 2 weeks. I'm going to try it and report back. My plan is to do it daily for the next 2 weeks.

Buy it, Buy it, Buy it. I love my Fluidity Barre  It's even in my siggy

Hi Kei and 'DD'...Love and hugs to you ...

Recent Testimony:

We spent last weekend at our annual Dance workshop and Dance show. Our Dance classes started Friday night and ended Sunday afternoon.

Because of the Ballet Barre, this year my stamina and flexibilty was wonderful. ;) I could really see the difference in how easy the classes were for me this year than in the years past.

These classes are a challenge because you are unlearning what you already know and re-learning body movements that you thought you had mastered; in addition to new ones that you haven't tried yet. Your body has to be ready for this. My muscles re-grouped themselves much faster after these classes than before.

If it weren't for the past few months of using the Fluidity Barre I could not have done this. ;) It's worth the $200. ;)

Thanks, Shim. I'm just such a home workout junkie. (My mom got rid of my ab do-er while I was living in another state so I'm still salty about that!)

I hear you, Classi' But it's good to have your own at home. Especially when it's a day off from work and you don't feel like going out to the gym.

I wish you hugs and much joy no matter how many workout items you choose to buy. It's all about taking care and doing what's best for you.

{{{{ More Hugs for encouragement }}}} ;)
