I know this might be a weird question but what is the quickest way to gain weight? So far I have been eating krispy kreme this week, but does anyone else have suggestions. Thanks. Tiff.

Don't eat that crap. Get some good body building meal replacement shakes and add fruit to them and have a couple perday. Go to a place like Discount Nutrition and ask for the weight gainer. Then go to the gym and workout with weights. You want to put on muscle not fat. If you want I can fish up some links for you. Up your good carbs and eat good lean protein, eating junk will compromise your health and you may end up with a cottage cheese butt!:look: You want to gain muscle not fat.

Thanks for the response. At this point I think I may need to gain fat and muscle. I have been really stressed and I lost ALOT of weight. I think I would compare myself to nicole ritchie at this point. So now I want to get back to my original size, which is like a 2. I will make sure to focus on the carbs and look for a weight gain product as well. Do those taste good?

I've been drinking a weight gainer from GNC and to me, it tastes pretty good. It's the french vanilla kind. I mix it with milk. I've used it before, and when consistent, I could tell that it worked. I'd drink 2 a day and one protein shake a day.

You can mix it with fruit and your favorite fruit juices to make it taste better, the more the better. Blend it up in your blender and make a smoothie. You can do milk or soy milk too. Chocolate milk yummy, you my dear can have a blast with it. I just don't want you to mess up your health in the long run with greasy, sugary foods. (I'm a mother hen)

Also, you should incorporate healthy fats into your diet (by healthy fats I mean foods that are fattening, but also give nutrients). Drink whole milk or half and half instead of skim milk. Eat more nuts and beans. Eat cheese, yogurt (not low fat). Eat lean meats more than once a day. Add more bread, but not necessarily fried foods. I hope this helps. I will be starting the Master Cleanse for IBS symptoms, and will also need to gain weight after (since I am not overweight, but almost underweight already). These are things you can add.

If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know.

If you drink milk, then milkshakes are a good way to add weight. Try a peanut butter and chocolate protein shake. Smoothie King has some good shakes for weight gain. If they are in your area, give em a try.

ladies thanks so much for all the ideas. you really helped alot. I see what you mean about staying healthy. I didn't even think about smoothie king. I think that is an awesome idea.
