What do you all wear to the gym?
I feel that I am more motivated to workout if I look good doing it. Any clothing suggestions.

I don't really care what I look like when I work out. I care what I look like when I finish. My gym attire consists of a big t-shirt and spandex shorts and a head tie.

Nike and adidas make cute workout clothes ... they are almost all tight though. Bob's usually has them for about 1/2 the price of like say footlocker

When I workout, I wear a t-shirt, shorts and a very comfortable pair of sneakers. Oh yeah, and a head band.

I have my tights (shorts and capri length), my sports bra and my nike sports top. I wear a t-shirt sometimes but nothing BIG. I am not into wearing big frompy outfits to the gym. I am not into wearing teeny tiny bikini outfits eitehr. My outfits show my shape (in a flattering light) and it motivates me to work harder when I see my muscles as I lift weights or when I run.

There are some FINE men in my gym and the cardio room is right near the indoor basketball court, so I do try to look presentable when I go work out. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I usually wear biking shorts a sports bra and a sport tank over that. Sometimes I wear a t-shirt but most of the time I don't b/c it gets in the way when I'm kickboxing.

I usually wear a white baby-t and some stretch workout pants that are wide at the bottom--kind of what we'd call boot cut I guess, even though no one wears boots to workout http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I am looking for something that is comfortable, not clingy or tight. I think I have found the perfect pants. I have problems getting things that fit in the waist so drawstrings are nice.

Victoria's Secret sells these "yoga pants" that are really cute and comfortable. They are very flattering and they have a flare leg at the bottom. I usu. wear my yoga pants and a t-shirt to the gym.

I wear a yoga top (built in sports-bra) with the matching pant or capri. The Gap carries comfortable yoga style (workout) clothes. Puma also carries comfortable clothing too!

I usually wear a pair of dance pants (the kid that flare a little at the bottom) and a sports bra. I like reebok stuff. They have cute clothes that hold up after a million washes.

I generally wear the spandex shorts and a sports bra.
Note: I didn't start to wear that stuff until I got back in shape.
When I look at my figure in all those mirrors, I stay motivated. I remember the 'before' and see the 'after' so it is a mind game to keep me returning to the gym.

I found some stretchy flared capri pants and a cotton t-shirt. I realized that at the time I go in the morning it is just me and some other lonely people.
What do you all do with your hair?
When I leave the gym my roots of my hair is just soaked with sweat. I plan on getting braids this weekend but after then I need to know what I will be doing with it. This week alone I have flat iron three times.
