Roller setting (continued again)

Now the back. If a roller gets loose or I don't like the way it was positioned, I take it out, spray and re-do it.

I put on my hair net and sit under my Pibbs for 1 hr. I could do it in less, I think, but I don't turn the dial up too much. I use it at 55.

After the hour is up, I take 1 or 2 rollers out to check that hair is dry. If not, I'll get under the dryer for an extra 10 minutes. I let the rollers cool for a bit, take them out and...

After doing both sides rollersetting up, I do the next side portions in the back,also rollersetting up.

I part the hair going from the second roller in the middle and part it down.

How I do my roller sets

After washing, conditioning, applying leave ins and/or serums, etc,
I part my already detangled hair in the front to rollerset back in a mohawk, using the long side of a fine tooth comb.

hair products arrived FROZEN!! Only in Canada...

I ordered some products from Bluebeez,order arrived promptly,well packaged but OMG UPS charged me $80 CAD in fees(still reeling from that one)
So to ease my heartbreak I sat down and opened some products, they are frozen! like icecream lol

We've been having -25 Celsius temps these days, right now is warmer, -12 with a windchill of -18.

I bought Alfaparf Rigen and Alfaparf Real Cream, the big jar of Alter Ego Garlic Conditioner, big jars of Alter Ego Coconut Mask...

Giving a friend info about hair relaxers,some things she didn't know

Yesterday I visited a good friend who I really like, another black girl was visiting. We started talking about "Good Hair" the documentary and she said that what he says about lye relaxers is not true because "who does that anymore". I raised my hand and said" I do" and explained to her the basic difference btw lye and no lye. They were both so surprised.My hair was really nice and banging last night so maybe that helped with the explanation. I'm sending her Sistaslick...
