Part of my emotional complexity

Posted 10-25-2010 at 10:41 AM by topsyturvy86

I’m sat here at work, a lot of thoughts going through my mind … a lot of feelings going through my heart and my body. I’m only a month old at my job and really love it. My team value me and I’m so happy to be here and pray that I have the wisdom and confidence to deliver over and above what they expect of me. I am grateful to God for this great opportunity and look forward to everything He has for me.

My love life is picking up pace … J. That part of my life is a part I speak...

My Testimony

Yes, God is still a miracle worker!

I really should have applied early but I thought I could get away with applying late as I needed a break + I am smart and have good experience. I didn’t think it would be such a big deal applying for jobs. I started my job hunt seriously in like June/July....

I wonder ...

I was sat on the tube on Tuesday evening watching all the City workers get on as we stopped at Canary Wharf. They were all in their trendy and expensive work clothes, nice shoes and bags, and freshly manicured nails. I sat there and wondered when my turn will be ... Will it ever be?? A time when all my investment, hard work, and commitment will come to fruition. Will I ever be comfortable enough to not worry too much about bills or random payments of this and that, go shopping whenever and wherever...

** Spring **

Posted 05-31-2009 at 06:47 PM by topsyturvy86

So spring is here again! A time of new beginnings where things grow and blossom, looking ever beautiful, bright, and glowing. It was a nice sunny day today with everyone all dressed up in every colour imaginable. I was sat on the bus 25 on my way home from Church and as we drove through the lovely city of London, I looked at the flowers in different colours blooming, the beautiful people just going about their business, and smile at the awesomeness of spring ... and then came a thought...
