I mostly rock Wash n Go's everyday...i redo them every 3 days.

-Co wash with V05 or Suave Naturals conditioners every 3 days (Mondays and Wednesdays)...on co wash days I detangle with just my shower comb in 4 sections.

-I usually either use my co-wash conditioner as a leave in or use an actual leave-in(Oyin Hair Dew) or a moisturizer as an actual leave-in (LUSH R&B), i go heavy on it!

-Right now i am using...

* Condition with a moisturizing or protein rich conditioner (moisture during a stretch, protein after relaxers)
* Air-dry or blow-dry

* Condition scalp with KeraCare Dry & Itchy Scalp Moisturizing Conditioner (only used on my scalp when irritated or inflamed)

Currently I am washing, deep conditioning and doing protein treatments in my hair every week. I moisture and seal when needed. I wear wigs or buns daily. My regimen is very low key at the moment until I reach my goal.

After being relaxed bone straight for several years and also being natural I have decided on the happy medium of texlaxed.

My regimen consists of the following:

-My relaxer of choice is Silk Elements Lye Relaxer Mild.
-I relax in 4 sections for 7 minutes and after rinsing but before neutralizing I do a mild protein treatment.
