What is your hair care regimen?

Lately, I have been co/water washing once or twice a week. I use Giovanni conditioners to co wash and as a leave in and moisturizer. During the winter months I also use a ltttle Extra Virgin Olive Oil along with conditioner for extra moisture. I let my hair air dry in a braid, updo, or bun. Very rarely do I shampoo and I try to use a sulfate free shampoo such as Burt's Bees when I do. I apply shampoo my scalp and not the length of my hair. ...

Although I do not have any staple products as of yet I gravitate towards my aphogee 2 min keratin reconstructor, elast qp creme conditioning shampoo, HE hello hydration moisturizing ...

    (1) What is your hair care regimen?

Each week I pre-treat my hair overnight using spectrum unrefined coconut oil. The night before I wash my hair, I saturate my scalp and hair from root to tip with the oil. I clip it in a bun for a few hours before going to bed. If at bedtime some of the oil has soaked in I will put a bit more on my hair. I then tie my hair with a silk scarf to go to bed. In the morning I wear a bun until it is time to wash. (Also I make sure to wash the scarf!)

    (1) What is your hair care regimen?

I don't really have a set "like clockwork" regimen, but the key practices I use are co-washing and wearing twist-outs. During a wash 'n go phase:
-Co-wash (lately, it's been with TIGI Moisture Maniac Conditioner) every day or every other day

-Detangle in the shower with a Jilbere Shower Comb
-Use fingers to rake in Trader Joe's Nourish or Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner as a leave-in and Castor Oil ...
