(1) What is your hair care regimen?

I'm a free-form, at random type of person when it comes my hair. Not having a regi made it easy to not manipulate my hair in too many ways.
I shampoo only when I'm planning on flat ironing or when hair feels itchy or too oily. Most of the time I'm co-washing for a wash-n-go. Besides that, flat ironing is done on a "when I feel like" basis. Could be every other week or could be once a month. Everyday I oil my strands (as needed)....

(1) What is your hair care regimen?

I wash every four days with a natural shampoo bar followed by a deep conditioning treatment. I wear braid outs but always oil, gently comb then rebraid at night. I roller- set and a flat iron infrequently. Two recent adjustments to my regimen are greater focus on tangle prevention and more...

(1) What is your hair care regimen?

I am fully natural. I am 2 years, 4 1/2 months post-bc (BC date = April 5, 2010) & my last relaxer was May 2, 2009. I am a huge believer in keeping it simple, keeping it moist and keeping it protected as it pertains to my hair. I cowash daily 85% of the time using Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle. Seriously, if I was trapped on a deserted island with no AM3MM, I'd throw myself to the sharks!! The stuff is amazing...great slip, wonderful
