Dinner- baked fries

Bfast- protein shake, 1/2 serving oatmeal
Lunch- fish, 1 serving broccoli, rice (healthy choice meal)
Dinner- 3 servings salad, 1 serving sardines, 1 wasa whole grain cracker
Snacks- grapes & raw sunflower seeds, Peanut butter on whole grain bread

I did horrible w/ my eating the past 2 days!

Exercise- The Firm Tough Tape, I forgot how hard this tape was. My butt was burning!
Bfast- oatmeal w/raisins and flax
Lunch/Dinner- Tuna casserole w/ 1 serving mixed veggies, 1 salad (raw)
Snack- 1 orange, 3 oatmeal raisin cookies (homemade lowfat) & icecream

Bfast-toast w/1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch- Gardenburger chikn pattie, 1 svg broccoli, and scalloped potatoes
Dinner-Black bean and rice wrap, w/1 svg. salad
Raw Snacks- orange, apple, yogurt w/raw oats and flax and cranberries

These stupid holiday parties are wrecking my diet. I didn't do too bad though and yesterday I attended my last one!

Bfast- yogurt w/ 1/2 serving peaches, raw oats, and flax
lunch- 2.5 serving veggie salad
dinner- cheese and mushroom quesadillas (way off my eating regimen but it was the only meat free dish at the party)
raw snacks- 1 apple and 1 orange

Exercise- yoga
Breakfast- oatmeal w/flax, 1 serving mixed berries(raw)
Lunch/Dinner-1.5 serving salad (raw), 1.5 serving broccoli and sugar snap peas w/tofu.
Snack- 1 Apple(raw) 1/raisins and nuts
Water-7 cups
