I Really Like It!

I have a huge library of exercise DVD's (and videos) to compare to theirs and I am not disappointed by adding this one to my collection.

It begins with a high energy 'warm up' lead by Phaedra joined by another female 'guest'.

Phaedra's energy level is impressive and amazing. She wasn't lying when she said she exercises; no one has this much stamina without regular excercise.

After the warm up, Apollo joins...
