Making my Ayurveda Hair Mask

Hair Mask For Hair Problems[/B]
[LIST][*]One Egg Yolk[*]1 Tbsp ACV[*]1 Tbsp Black Gram Flour ( ground urad dal [black lentil])[*]1 Tbsp Methi Powder [ ground fenugreek (methi) seeds][*]1 Cup yogurt[*]Honey
[/LIST]
Mix together all ingredients.
Add honey
Apply to your hair and scalp.
Wash after 2 hours

Use natural conditioner

Natural Back to Relaxing

After transitioning from relaxed to natural for 13 months and being fully natural for 3 years, I've decided to "texlax" my hair. Hopefully now, I can stay heat free and obtain my length goals.

AYURVEDA TEA RINSE

1 Wendy's spoon Brahmi
1 Wendy's spoon Shikakain
2 Wendy's spoons Amla
1 Cup boling water
1 Cup cold water
- Stir powders and hot water
- Let it sit 30 minutes then add cool water
- Transfer to a squirt bottle

- Massage scalp gently
- Pour over hair and let it sit an hour w/ shower cap
- Rinse warm thoroughly
- Co/was
- DC
- Rinse
- Leave-in
- Style

The History of My Hair

Although I've been natural for 15 years, I'm really just learning about my hair and how to care for it. TWAs have always been easy and convenient--i was a true wash n go. Leave in conditioner or, if I really wanted super defined curls a bit of gel and oil. Then I'd rinse and use a bit of conditioner in the evening. Never knew i was co-washing.

I never realized that once it started to grow, i would have change things up. So began the cycle: get it cut to about an inch, cowash, leave-in,...
