- Separate hair into 4 sections. Rinse hair with warm water and detangle.
- [Alternating Weeks] Wash with Terresential Mudwash. (Optional) Let sit for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- Apply Castor Oil blend to scalp.
- DC with AO GPB/AO White Camelia (alternate weeks) for 30 minutes under a heat cap.
- Let hair air dry for 10 minutes.
- Apply leave-in and air dry until 80% dry.
- Reapply leave-in and twist.
WEEKLY
1. Apply Castor oil blend to crown and edges 2x a week.

These are in the probable order of achievement. I will date them as they occur.
1. Make a high bun
2. Make a low bun/pony with my twists
3. Reach APL
4. Make a low bun
5. Make a donut bun
6. Cowash and style in 30 minutes
7. Wear straight hair for 1 week
8. Twist out regimen
9. Style in 40 twists or less
10. Reach back/pull hair for length check
11. Rollerset regimen
12. Heal crown area & fill in

My November Hair Discoveries
 Braiding my twist gives my twist a curly look. But after takedown my twists aren't always going in the direction I want and my parts can look gappy. Misting a little water on my roots allows me to keep my curls, get rid of the parts and then position my twists hanging in the direction I want. Applying oils and butters to my twists makes them look fuller. But this little mist of water, gives my twists a plumper look.

This is just my weekly update based on new decisions. My regimen is maybe 70% complete. I have defined the steps but still working on products.
I haven't determined whether I need a leave in after I condition. I am also playing around with hot oil treatments versus prepoos. And I am actively working on what products and what order of products are going to give me moisture, softness and curl definition after I condition.

I am working on using up my stash so this weekend I used NexFaze shampoo and conditioner. The one lesson I am learning is that products can give you the experience of good hair (moisturized, stretched, easily detangled, manageable, feels great, etc) or they can give you the experience of bad hair (overly shrunken, dry, tight, breaking, dull, etc).
I also learned that prepooing and adding oils along the cleansing process can help to minimize the reactions my hair has to products and enable...
