Herb-infused liquid castile soap, ceramide-rich oils, wash rinses, and herbal black tea spritz have made conditioners pointless for the TWA stage. How long can I keep this up?

Being in TWA-land forces me into a simpler routine, directing more time and energy into shedding of ninety pounds off my frame. I cannot put this off anymore...the aging process is kicking my tail.
