Hydration 101

We all know the importance of water and hydration. We have all read the human body is 50-78% water (depending on age and gender). We have all read that water is necessary for every basic bodily function. You may have even read it's necessary to drink 2 liters of water/day.

I've known this stuff for decades but even when I was following all "the rules" I still had hard time staying hydrated. After many years, lots of reading, and some experimentation I think I've got it....

Lisa Pt. 2

Posted 06-03-2010 at 12:02 AM by Vinyl

So here's the second update on Lisa the Man. We had to cancel our movie night because he got sick (ick.)

But it hasn't ruined the night... we have been having the most AMAZING text conversation (which I know some of you ladies frown upon, but I hate talking on the phone 'cause I can't understand the other person half the time.) "Hey Josh?"

"I love having your babies"

He grinned really big and almost blushed! I guess it meant a lot to him that I feel that way? I dunno how men think 95% of the time lol.

Getting discouraged.

But not giving up the fight. I straightened the back of my hair today, and was going to do the whole thing but bailed. I'm frustrated that I have scraggly ends again. No matter how gentle I try to be, no matter how faithful I am in moisturizing, I've already dusted twice this year, do not use heat often and DC faithfully every week. My crown is still the slowest to retain, with scraggly ends for the last 0.5-1" and the same with the nape area from what I could see straightened. I thought I...
