I've had things I follow but I've never had a great regimen. I've always had bits and pieces.

Shampoo/Cleanser (Staple)
After much trial and error I found Terressentials Mudwash. I like it and use it once or twice a month. I am considering trying some other things for alternating weeks.

Cowash Conditioner (?)
Right now I am using DevaCurl products. I like them but won't repurchase. What I think I have found is Burt Bee's Shiny Hair Conditioner. Too early...
