Yes stretching really does pay off, I usually stretch for 12 weeks b/c no matter how much moisture I put in my hair it remains dry and my roots start to dred..

You got some nice growth from your stretch

Your hair looks beatufiul and healthy. How long have you stretched this time? What products or methods you believe helped you in this process?

look at this thread, it might help.

If it is on your cheeks, then it has to do with your lungs, here is some info on what to do with lungs on the website in the post.

DETRIMENTAL TO ITS HEALTH: Smoking and second hand smoke. Pollutants, hidden gases, excessive heat or cold, dust, milk, all dairy products but butter. Red meats, chemicals, animal dander, asbestos and working in the mines (black lung), clothing factories (brown lung) and in bakery (white lung)

UGH! My skin is breaking out..

leanne: I stopped using it simply because I ran out. I breakout mostly on my cheeks. I never used to breakout out like this, even before the Murad. That's why I'm a little pissed...

jade: Thanks for the info. I will definitely try the cleansing.

loca: I think the cell phone might be to blame. I've been on it a lot more lately than I used to be.

I know you said you drink water but have you been eating a lot of junk. The water is good but if your still eating junk, you skin will break out.

I agree with what Jade said, a cleanse might help. I have bad skin and I plan on doing the fruit flush. Also make sure you get enough sleep, and watch out for your cell phone and pillowcase, the oil/dirt on these can cause breakouts.

UGH! My skin is breaking out..

I had that happen over the last 2 months, I started breaking out badly. Like I hadn't broken out like this in a long time.

I came to the conclusion that it could be a number of things. Where is your break outs mainly?

Mine where around my chin and jaw, so I knew it had to be hormonal. I started back again on the flax seed, Vitamin A, Zinc and an antioxidant.

I also decided it might be best to do a cleanse as well, so I am doing a parasite cleanse, you can get it online and will later do a liver clease, again bought it online.

Stress can agrevate it as well, so I am trying to medidate every night to de stress and will start going to the gym regularly.

I also did not start getting agressive on my skin, that can further agrevate tihings, but I just simplified what I was using. I can't seem to take creamy face washes in the summer so I switched to a bar soap, so far, so good. I still have a couple but they are slowly going and no new ones are trying to show their head.

I think what triggered it all was still using what I used in the winter on my skin when summer started. I can't wait to get rid of the scars now, so I can ditch the foundation

Murad is good and if it working for you, why did you stop using it? Is your skin dry or oily? Where are the breakouts?

Carrot juice! I truly believed it helped me out when I first joined. I drank carrot juice everyday for approx 1 1/2 years. Check out Isis' thread
