Well, lets just say this is day 1, I have been a lurker but never really active or consistent.

About to go apply my mixture and get ready to cowash tomorrow....Im really excited about being active in challenges and not just lurking. Also tomorrow i will be searching for extra dark jbco at some bss. Fingers crossed, if not i will order some. Hopefully I will have successful progress. Happy Hair Growing.

Going to have to skip cowashing today, the temp has dropped and it too late to wash and go to bed with a wet head and a draft in the house...that is just asking for pneumonia...i will dc this week end with ao garlic..as for tonight im going to apply my mixture, moisturizer, and seal with castor oil.I need to find out how do other ladies cowash without heat in the winter.
