Distilled water
Nettle
peppermint
burdock
horsetail
marshmellow root leaves
coltsfoot
sage
Aloe juice
Add all of your wonderful herbs into a bowl ( for a strong infusion I like to have my bowl/container half or a little over half… filled with the herbs)…if you like infusions not as strong you can use 1-2 tablespoons of each herb.
Boil your distilled water
Allow your herbs to steep (covered) for a few hours or even over night.
strain with cheese cloth or regular strainer or both.
Add your Aloe vera juice.
Pour into a clean spray bottle and keep refrigerated.
You can add EO’S of you choice for perservatives (optional)
