(1) What is your hair care regimen?
I "detangle" my hair with conditioner, my fingers, and a wide tooth comb. I separate my hair in about 4 braids, and shampoo my scalp. I always condition my hair. Even if I have to do it overnight, or I just use a quick daily conditioner. I moisturize, seal, and use a styling agent for my natural curly hair. I rarely straighten, but I use the same regimen minus the products.
(2) Do you take any supplements? If so, what are they?
I take supplements off and on. I do not have a preference, but I rotate "Folicure", Hair Force, Ultra Force, Maxi Hair, and any with great ingredients.
(3) Currently, how long is your hair and what is your hair type?
My hair is right at my hip, and my hair type is a mix of 3c/3b.
(4) What are the things that you feel have helped you the most in achieving and maintaining your hair length?
I have used no Contact/ Protective styling to actively grow my hair. I love to change my styles by wearing individual braids, twists, cornrows, and sew-ins. I maintain the length of my hair by practicing low manipulation. I do not overly style, comb, or use much heat to my natural hair
