(1) What is your hair care regimen?
Currently I am washing, deep conditioning and doing protein treatments in my hair every week. I moisture and seal when needed. I wear wigs or buns daily. My regimen is very low key at the moment until I reach my goal.
(2) Do you take any supplements? If so, what are they?
I have been taking daily vitamins but for only 4 months now. They are One A Day VitaCraves Gummies Immunity Support.
(3) Currently, how long is your hair and what is your hair type?
My hair type is in the 4's. That is all I know.
My current hair length is 2 inches past MBL. I am in the HYH2012-June challenge so there are no CURRENT length shots out of respect for the challenge.
(4) What are the things that you feel have helped you the most in achieving and maintaining your hair length
I truly feel that protective styling in my wigs have helped me a great deal. I doubt I would have retained as much and as fast as I did if I didn't buckle down on protective styling
